Refund policy

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.
  • Initiate returns by emailing connect@momsmixes.com within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • No refunds for opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for incorrect or damaged items.
  • Contact connect@momsmixes.com with a photo of the product within 3 days.
