Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Saturdays will be dispatched on Monday, as our shipping partners do not operate on Sundays.

Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Delivery timelines may be extended by 2 to 3 days during high order volume or special sale periods.

Shipping Timelines

Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Charges During Offer Period

Free shipping on orders of ₹400 and above.

For prepaid orders below ₹400, a standard shipping charge of ₹49 applies.

Cash on Delivery orders incur a flat ₹99 COD charge, applicable on all COD orders irrespective of order value.

COD Order Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will call or WhatsApp you within 48 hours to confirm the order.

If the order is not confirmed within 48 hours, Mom’s Mixes reserves the right to cancel the order or not ship the parcel.

This policy is in place to reduce failed deliveries and unnecessary return to origin.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.

Shipping Limitations

Currently, we ship across India only.

Mom’s Mixes is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
